Why can't I pitch?

If you find you can't send a pitch, there may be a number of reasons for this.

1. Verified profiles
Only creatives with a verified profile can pitch on projects on Twine. This is to ensure buyers only get pitches from legitimate and trustworthy creatives. Learn how to verify your profile here.

2. PayPal address
You can only pitch on a project with a budget if you have added your PayPal email address in your settings. For details on how to add your PayPal address, read more here.

3. Monthly intros
Every Twine member has a monthly intros limit. Free members can send 10 intros per month and Pro members can send 30. Read more about intros here.
