Clients don’t always add all the right details to their job description. Sometimes they just don’t know what information to include. So, to help you out you can ask the client a public question about their job before you contact them. This will not count and an intro.
The client will then post a public answer. You will be notified by email when they respond. Once you have the information you need you can contact the client if you want to work together.
You should use public questions in these scenarios:
- When you’re interested in a job but would like to ask a question about it before you go any further.
- When the client has not included enough information in their job description and you need to know more.
