At Twine, we do our utmost to prevent unkind messages, harassment or spam on the platform. However, we understand that sometimes this isn't always something within our control.

We do not censor messages shared between users, and we therefore rely on our community to flag bad behaviour for us to review.

If you find yourself subject to messages that make you feel uncomfortable, or feel are inappropriate, please contact us. Equally, if you come across a post that you suspect to be a spam, let us know.
